The range

The Agrowireless product range is able to manage any type of actuator present in your company, from diaphragm valves to electric pumps, from simple to gate ball valves, anything that uses electricity to perform an action can be inserted into the system and managed by the modules through the Agrocontrol software. The three product lines, described below, are divided into three orders of magnitude determined by the number of actuators that individually manage. They are intended for external use and are autonomous in terms of energy and communication.

MB series

For bistable diaphragm valves

The MB line is dedicated to the management of BISTABLE membrane valves with DC power supply of any size or model brand. The modules are able to autonomously provide the electricity required to manage the valves thanks to batteries recharged by solar panels. The sensor inputs allow the detection of numerous information such as temperature, soil and environmental humidity, wind intensity, light, rain and dozens of other parameters

The series is divided into three models able to manage different numbers of actuators

  • Model A1MB manages a bistable diaphragm valve
  • Model A4MB manages up to 4 bistable diaphragm valves
  • Model A10MB manages up to 10 bistable diaphragm valves

The modules can be coupled, so in a single location tens of valves can be managed

AI series

For ball valves

The AI line is dedicated to the management of ball valves or actuators with DC power supply of any type. The modules are able to autonomously provide the electricity required to manage the valves thanks to batteries recharged by solar panels. The sensor inputs allow the detection of numerous information inputs such as temperature, soil and environmental humidity, wind intensity, light, rain and dozens of other parameters

This series lends itself particularly well where it is necessary to stabilize the water pressure at the valve outlet. The pressure sensors, combined with a sophisticated algorithm, allow the module to intervene on the valves, increasing or decreasing their opening. This elaborate flow management, allows stabilization of the pressure even in the presence of strong variations eliminating the risks of breakages in the water system and related accessories

Series R

For all types of actuators

The R line is dedicated to the management of actuators with AC 220 V power supply of any type, size or model. Actuators with large absorptions or with three-phase power supply can be managed by intervening through a dedicated contactor. The sensor inputs allow the detection of hundreds of parameters. This information can be used to create customized automations or simply to create a database useful for many purposes.

This series is particularly suitable where electric mains are present and the actuators are monostable type with the necessity of continuous power supply for their own functioning

The series is divided into three models able to manage different numbers of actuators

  • Model R1 manages an AC actuator
  • Model R8 manages up to 8 AC actuators
  • Model R20 manages up to 20 AC actuators

How does it work

The Agrowireless system is an extremely simple and effective system. The operating principle is based on two fundamental components: the Agrocontrol management software and the hardware modules that, formed in different models, manage valves, motors etc. Both communicate via an internet connection that allows the software to send commands and receive information from the module, connected in turn to the internet through a special signal conversion device. This device transforms the internet message into a radio message that is sent to the destination module which, in turn, executes the command, responds to the device that transforms the radio response into visible internet communication through software. With just one internet access, this system allows communication with an infinite series of modules that are also very far from the conversion device.

We provide intelligence

We make valves, engines, and any other electrical components already present in the company, intelligent. Thanks to the management modules, a normal actuator can become "intelligent" without the need to replace any component.

Communication

The communication requires only one internet access that can take advantage of a wifi connection present on the spot or through a simple gsm card that provides the data connection. The rest of the communication takes place via radio with coverage of important distances thanks to the mesh system that uses the same modules as a radio bridge.

Distance

Unlimited by distance, radio communication is made to bounce between modules or radio links to the destination, this allows us to cover large areas for kilometers even in the presence of obstacles.

Sensors

Through the sensors you can constantly monitor numerous environmental and system parameters. All this information, in addition to being displayed in real time, is saved in a dedicated database that forms a history to usefully associate a precise production result with determined values detected by the sensors.

Surveillance

Through the Agrocontrol software you can monitor the images captured by the cameras at any time, allowing you to always be present in every part of your company. All images will also be stored, so you can view them later.

Assistance 24 hours a day

The assistance service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All interventions concerning software errors are immediately restored. take place immediately. The assistance and diagnosis to the modules is also carried out directly online, succeeding to solve any problem in a few hours.

The Software

Agrocontrol software is not a trivial application that opens or closes a valve, but a powerful tool that allows the management of all electrical components, planning and optimization of company resources in order to improve and increase production. The software is online, and can be used by any mobile device or PC connected to the Internet

Remote actions

Each operation of opening / closing and turning on / off can be done in three ways:
- Direct and immediate actions
- Actions with single schedules
- Actions with repeated programming over time (Loop)

Changes to automations

It is possible to adjust the intervention threshold of the automation based on the data sent by sensors. These adjustments make it possible to refine and improve energy efficiency, resource savings and production results.

Historical consultable

All the information of the sensors and the actions carried out, are saved in a specific database that can be consulted at any time and be useful in understanding the different production results from year to year or in different time periods..

Alert messages

In the event of anomalies or alarms, the software sends alert or emergency messages that allow a timely intervention to be carried out, minimizing any consequences.

Schedules of all activities

An interactive calendar allows you to plan all the company's activities over time, setting each of the electrical components to turn on and off or open and close, providing an overview of the management of your company.

Safety

The alarm and video surveillance system can also be included in the Agrocontrol software. The great advantage is that of being able to observe the security cameras and, at a distance, immediately intervene on the electrical components, such as gates, lights, etc., hindering or blocking the activity of the criminals.
